For Sale - 2008 HHR SS Driver's Seat

This seat was replaced by a GM Performance seat. It is the original flat bottom SS seat which broke on my wife while she was driving it a few years back.  Please see the included pictures to get an idea of what the issue is. I am 6' 3" tall; my wife is considerably shorter. When she drove the car, she would raise the seat; and when I drove it I would lower it.The metal piece that actually raises and lowers the seat is what failed. If one is a very tall driver it can be used as is or if one has access to a welder this might be able to be repaired so the seat will raise up again. I am located in northern San Diego County and I really do not want to ship it.  Since it does need repair but is in otherwise decent shape, I am asking only $50 cash for it. Thanks!
