Gonna be a nice day for chili....but relatives are coming in from out of town so all I can say is have fun!

 

It's almost time! Got the cider on the stove heating up and building the bonfire to be ready for the marshmellows and hotdogs.

Gonne be sunny, about 50 degrees. PERFECT!

Can't wait to see all of you!

Packed up the folding chairs...
Charged the batteries in the camera...
Cleaning off the 2 - HHRs we're bringing...

Now the tough job, getting Angie out of bed before 2pm...

By the way... although we are bringing Chili... we are not going to be entering our dish in the contest this year...

Dude, how sure can you be that you'll win again? And you know if you got the best, you desrve it. I got a voting system in mind this year to make it a little easier.

Great Pics & every one looks like they are having fun. Well it looks like you will have a great day for your g2g and CHili cook off. This year has not been a good one for the Z-Man, I am having my 10 th surgery on Friday the 23 rd, They are going to remove my feeding tube so this will be a good thing. I hope next year will be better for the Z. I am sorry this year kept us from seeing each other but this Cancer took me out for FY 09, Give my best to the Big Kahuna and every one else. I hope to meet the Kahuna soon.

Yep... Mike and Bonnie sure know how to throw a bash and host this wonderful annual event. Guess that's why we have HHRs show up from across IL, MO and KS every year!

We missed you at the Chili Cookoff this fall but I understand you have an upcoming surgery this Friday.

Will be sending thoughts and prayers up your way for a smooth surgery and a speedy recovery.

We know you've had a rough year this year but stay positive and here's hoping for a much better 2010 for you.

Get that feeding tube removed so we can fill you up with some St. Louis style chili and bar-b-que next year...
