thanx Deb!! was a ton of work but turned out great and my furnace runs a 10th as much as it did last year!! We plan on a deck full length of the house 16 feet from house outward and a HOT TUB to the corner left of the french doors!!!

Yeah the wife wants to add white shutters, Mike got 3 extra bedrooms upstairs not used as of yet. may turn one into an office/computer room.. Gotta redo the inside now new kitchen cabinets,wall coverings,paint,hardwood floor in dinning room,etc.......

We acctually found documentation showing that the house is 160 yrs old!!

 

Doesn't look a day over 159!

 

Sounds like you will be very busy!! But it will be well worth it in the end.
