I am a fairly new person here. Met alot of nice people and was made to feel very welcome. For the last week I have been trying to figure out what's happened here. People are so rude to each other, it's gotta be this way, or that way. and rules, rules, rules. This is a forum site so I guess it's make up the rules as we go along to suit our purpose.

There is a run coming up in just over 2 weeks. I am almost to the point that I have no desire to be with people who can't even be nice to each other on a website.

If I had just bought my HHR (MY main reason for being here in the first place) and came to this site and went to this Mid-Central region, I would turn around and run as fast as I could the other way. Why would ANYONE in their right mind want to have anything at all to do with a bunch of people that can't act their age? My daughter teaches 1st graders that have more respect for each other than the so called adults posting here.

If things don't get turned around, I suggest this run be cancelled until people can grow up. This is getting very old, nice one day, rude as heck the next.

Life is way, way too short people. And you only get to go around it once, so you need to make the most of it. Like someone said before, it's only a car. I just want to have good fun, good food and good company. I can do that on my own~

I understand how you feel. As soon as the dust settles, something else happens.

I don't know what the problem is and it doesn't matter anymore.

I hear you say you want to have a good time, with good people,but what makes those things good are the principles of GOOD.
The R.O.T.M. thread was going GOOD until it was corrupted. When you want to have fun so bad, or you want to meet people so bad, that you`ll do anything, well that`s not good.
Theres always this comparision to schoolchildren people like to use, seems to make them feel more adult, but the truth is ,some people never learned right from wrong as kids, and live their life accordingly as adults.

 

could be to many stong headed personalities but fear not the 21st will still happen even if i am the only one there!

I would like to publicly apologize to Mike and BB wasnt triing to attack any one or cause a problem but i guess i was just as much at fault!! my bad! some times i do get a little carried away!!

 

I used the comparison to school children because it's the truth BB! Kids show more respect for each other than the adults here have shown. If you feel that I used that comparison to make myself feel more adult, than that's your privalege and opinion. I know what's right from wrong, I may not always act that way and when I feel I've been wrong, I'm adult enough to own up to it.

 

Sindy,Theres really no one thing wrong, just a lot of denial. People don`t want to make ADULT decisions, just want to have FUN.
