Great pictures! Yes, I remember it well. It's sunny and 65 here in the Florida panhandle. I keep trying to get my dad to come down here in the fall then head down to Naples FL for the winter. But he insists on staying in that nasty mess. Home sweet home!

I really need two HHrs in my drive that is a nice home upgrade in itself !!! We ended up with 12-13 inches at my house and "big" drifts...I would like to take a moment to thank the nice plow truck drivers for plowing my drive closed six times in two days...twice while I was shoveling it...no I did not throw my shovel,...I thought about it, but I didn't throw it !!! We didn't get as much ice only about 1/2 to 1 inch so I think that we had an easier dig out, I hate trying to shovel ice. I will try to post pics today...Deerman lives in Peoria as well and the plows haven't even been down his street yet so I suppose that I shouldn't complain about the plowing my drive closed thing...later...

Here are a couple of pics from our house in North Central Missouri. As mike said earlier, it may look like it wasn't much, but around here this time of year of was a big deal. we got about 12" of snow with and inch or so of ice and sleet, and a lot of wind.

Well I would. Lived in NH for about 3 years and you were not allowed to park on the side of the street when it snowed, got in the way of the snow plow. I really got tired of having to shovel out of a 4-12" barracade in order to go to work but I guess thats the price you pay. I even tried one time to use the car as a plow and drive thru it, not smart, and boy did I pay for that one. What the heck I got a couple of days off to get the car fixed so all was well

Glad to hear it! Wouldn't have wanted to start impeachment proceedings!
