Post Turkey Day Run

Heartland HHRs will make a run to Squaw Creek National wildlife refuge the day after thanks giving to veiw the eagles. all are welcome to join.

What great timing! I was planning a trip to Squaw Creek myself the same day to take pictures of Eagles. Are you planning on meeting up some place to caravan up there. If so let me know and if it works out I might follow along. If not look for a orange HHR up there during the day.

Here is a link to some pictures I took last year at Squaw Creek. That was my first time there and was a little later in the year when the Eagle popluation was lower.

WOW those are some awsome pics!!!! I think #210 where the Eagle is just about to land on a broken tree branch was my favorite, great shots

Were you up there on Friday, the 28th. I did not see any other HHR's but we did get some great pictures of eagles that day as well as a couple of the blue herons. Sorry we missed getting to meet up with you.
