River City Rascals game Sat., Aug. 16

Anyone interested in getting together to go to a River City Rascals game at T.R. Hughes ballpark? Saturday, August 16

Mike T. (Imperial Blue LS w/Red Lines) will be playing drums with Rickie Lee Tanner and Powder Keg after the game.

Maybe a group of us could meet somewhere and drive out there together. Maybe we could get a group rate on tickets. Maybe......... We've got over a month to figure it out.

Anyone interested?

Talked to Tim (Big Kahuna) today..............

How about making this a "Burgers, Brats & Baseball Day"?

We could do a BBQ at my house in the afternoon, then drive as a group to the game.

I checked and General Admission tickets are only $5!

In June of 1999, the River City Rascals joined Frontier League play in a
beautiful new ballpark with an old-time feel, T.R. Hughes Ballpark.
Located in the Ozzie Smith Sports Complex in St. Charles County and
designed by renowned stadium architects HOK, the facility has 3,491
permanent seats, an open-air party box area, corporate tent suite area,
picnic area, and grass berm capable of holding up to 1,700 more fans.
With clean, wholesome, family entertainment played in an intimate
atmosphere, T.R. Hughes Ballpark has become the place to be every
summer!

Principal Financial Group Family Fun Fest
The Principal Financial Group Family Fun Fest returns on August 16. The exhibit which
includes out of this world bounce houses and inflatables can be enjoyed by all fans
outside T.R. Hughes prior to the 7:05 pm game against the Rockford RiverHawks.
After the game, rock out with Rickie Lee Tanner and the Powder Keg Band down in Rascals' Island.

Count me in, as well as Bradley. Not sure about the rest of the family yet as Gina may have to work that weekend.

Join the crowd...

That date is also Angie's birthday...

...and the day Elvis died (a day of mourning in our home)

I hope y'all make it. Mike would love to see you there! And you can see how a 7-piece double bass drum set fits in the back of the HHR! (with room for a passenger - me- and luggage, for road trips!) I'll mention that it's the anniversary of Elvis' death to the band - They do play at least one Elvis song....

I think Kelley and I are game as well. Its just a matter if she can get off work to go to the BBQ before the game.

Tim, you gonna wear one of those snazzy jump suites?
