Hey everybody,
How about an impromptu get together at Spangles (1130 SW Wanamaker Topeka, KS 66604) on September 22 at 4:00? Get together and meet new friends, then eat some great food at a nice retro diner. I will be there and JJ (Vivid) has said he should be able to make it. Lets have a blast!!

 

Shoot, I thought you were going to say Lawrence instead of Topeka!

Either way, hopefully we'll have some good weather that weekend and can coax a few people out

 

Haven't been to the one in Lawerence. I know there is plenty of parking at the one in Topeka as it is by Hypermart.

 

I might be able to make the trip to Topeka, but I refuse to spend any money in lawrence.

That's it in a nut shell. I'll be there. No major festivites, just a fun get together and meet new friends. Hopefully we can get a nice group. Just a fun cruise on Saturday the 22nd of September.

Oh man, here we go again!
I know how you feel though. Spent the weekend at the Lake of the Ozarks and the only radio station worth listening to was something out of Columbia, and every time I went to the store to buy ice for the coolers I was stuck with some second tier stuff called "Tiger Ice". I cringed every time I had to buy a bag of that stuff.

On a side note, I plan on making the Topeka get together.

 

I understand Scaleguy.. You had alot of time and travel invested in the Boogie run. Thanks again for a fantastic time. Think the misses is kinda wishing she would have gone. You are a great bunch of HHR's and the run will be a lasting memory for me. :twothumbs
