I plan to roll in a little after noon on Thursday... leaving Thurs morning from Waukegan, IL... it's a 5 hour drive but have to add time to get through Chicago traffic.

Thanks for the invite. I'm giving it some serious thought. It's about a 10 - 12 hour drive depending on how the kids are doing.

There is one somewhere on Cedar Point Pennisula but out of the actually park because you have to pay extra for it. Seen it while riding one of the rollercoasters because someone spun someone else out and they turned off all the karts

There are two go-kart tracks in Sandusky and another one at Cedar Point itself.

The best one is down Route 250 towards the south end of "the strip". Has 4 or 5 tracks including one where you used to have to show your driver's license to be able to drive.

It's been over a decade since I lived there so can't say this is all current info.
