There is a car show this afternoon/evening in downtown Findlay Ohio. Catch you there

 

I don't think so cause I'm going to a Hawaiian car show in Olympia, But by all means have a great time, your SS was looking sharp for the show !!

 

Had fun with my old friend Dustin (djr1973). Was good to meet a new member as well Dave (Fender Bender).

The only other HHR there. Yes, it had add on SS badges. Did not meet the owner:

 

That panel was a joke! Upside down SS badges on it (when it's actually an LS), ugly stickers and aftermarket 5 spoke wheels and it wins an award. That pissed me off, especially after all the time and hard work put into both your car and mine.

 

Dustin, sorry to drift, but I have owned my 58 Pan since 1977 and in the late 80's was in a situation where I could throw some money at it. First show, first place. A year later, same show, didn't even place (looked every bit as good as the year before). Lost out to three stock Honda's. I ask one of the show's organizers "What's up?". He told me that since I won the year before I couldn't win again. Oh yeah, third place was won by a stock Honda Rebel 250. Unless you have knowledgable judges, any thing can happen and usually does.
