There isn't one on July 21st. Did you mean July 31st. If so that works.
It would be better but payment has to be received with each form and the forms have to be signed by each attendee. So someone would have to collect forms from everyone and payment. May be time consuming to wait on the mail. Why don't we call them tomorrow and see if July 31st is wide open. If so we could all go fax in our forms with payment and we should be good.

My mom is able to fax things from work, so if we can find out if it's open I know I could have it faxed ASAP. I would hate to miss out on this!

Not going to put a back up day. If they say it is wide open everyone fax in and we should be good. If we put a back up day there might be a possibility of a couple getting the 1st date and others getting stuck having to take another day.
