Indianapolis edition of Find the HHR

Indianapolis edition of Find the HHR
The first person to find the HHR will receive a prize on Thursday night.
Solving the clues will lead you to the area where the HHR is. The first to post by Wed night at 9:30 PM, the plate number and the HHR and identify the item on the dash, WINS the item. You will know if you find the correct HHR.
Clue 1: In NW Wisconsin there is an original place to eat, in common with this location not to far. Near to the Bait and Tackle Shop. A sign inside has "A boat and motor $10.00 for rent."
North to the country, south to the city they say, but it's east of north by northwest.

Clue 3: North of the Outback to Texas is a stretch with comfort between. you will find the HHR parked south of the to go.
Clue 4: North of the drive east to west lies a nation of HHRs led by a white, blue and my red.

Congrats, 
WE HAVE A WINNER.
How about a get together Thursday night for those who want to come. I could suggest the Famous Daves down the street if you like, say about 6:00 PM for the presentation of the Chrome Stubby.
Now for the Second Stubby I brought with for the first person other than Scarecrow that posts their find Pics on another site this is running on gets the other Stubby.
