NAIAS 2010 Meet / January 23rd
Well, it would be easier to take pictures the ealier we get there. Chris thinks right when they open at 9. Dustin and Matt, if you want to meet up that early you are more than welcome or just let us know what time you are going to arrive and we can come out and meet you in the lobby

But don't feel that you have to get there at that time, like Dayton said, we can meet you guys out front at 11 still.
I'm very jealous of all of you. Really wish I could make the trip. Have fun and get pictures of that new small GM concept car if it's there. I'd like to think it could be our HHR replacements in a few years....
You have heard this already, NAIAS rating on 1-5 scale (1=worse/5=best)
Big two rating from me. Granted there are vehicles there which are neat, but all of the manufacturers appear to have tamed their displays, except Ford. I'll give them a 4 rating, lotsa interactive displays and exhibits. You can see a lot of what is on the road.
Biggest disappointments again, no Porsche, No Nissan, No Mitsubishi, etc.
And Cobo Hall justs sucks! None of the up escalators from the basement were working. You could go down in the Volkswagen display, but could not come up. As a result we missed the Volkswagen display. The electric car ride is in the basement along with some of the college displays. Seen and done electric car, doesn't get a rise outta me right now.
Suggested parking if arriving early, basement of Cobo Hall, exit off the Lodge onto Larned, stay in the right lane, turn right directly in front of Cobo, look for parking signs. Or as we did because Cobo Hall basement was closed, we were able to park in the Cobo Center Garage for $10 and the garage was largely empty, even when we left around 4:30pm today.

Ok, well I'm going to bed a little early so I can get up! (It's the same time I wake up every other day...but knowing it's a day I could sleep in makes it worse!!
)
My mom's G6 had a flat tire this morning, so I'll be driving the Lumina (which I wanted to anyways)....so watch for me!
