Spotted murdered out HHR SS SB I-275 around 1pm today and he was flying! Weather sucked. I was entering SB I-275 @ Ann Arbor trail. It must have exited onto Ford Rd in Canton as I never got close to him in my Sierra.

 

quick question i have 2008 hhr ss the fan seems to run along time after car is off. is this normal?

 

Pulling up a 2.5 year old thread that has nothing to do with your issue probably won't get you a lot of responses. Its also not even posted in the right forum. Take a look for the SS part of the site and start a new thread. You'll get some answers then.

 

Yep, it's normal. I ask my tuner about it, he said if it gets heat soaked, the fan will stay on (even after the key is out of the ignition) so it will cool down. Kind of a saftey feature, so the car doesn't melt down
