Yorktown/Grafton VA, The "Original Classic Car Cruz-in" every Saturday night 5:30-9:00 PM April 16-Oct 15 Hampton Roads Harley Davidson 6450 Geo Wash Memorial Highway (Rt17)sponsored by the Classic Cruisers Car Club. Classic Cars/trucks (1991 & older) $2 show fee (all proceeds to charity), spectators free. This family friendly event features DJ Tom Norris & Don's Hot Dogs. NEW, LARGER LOCATION! Smithfield Lions Club Cruz-in, 1st and 3rd Fridays through October, beginning April 1st! Location is Charlie Daniels Racing, 20128 IWIP Road, off Rt 10, 3 miles east of Smithfield. All years and makes of cars, trucks, and bikes welcome. $2 donation per car; spectators free. Prorated season passes available. Food courtesy of Don's Hot Dogs, oldies music courtesy of Tom Norris. Smithfield Lions Club Friday Night Cruz-Ins, sponsored by Daniels Performance Group, Duke Automotive, and AVES, will be held on the first & third Fridays from April through October, 6 to 9 PM. Held @Daniels Performance Group, 20128 IWIP Road (off Rt 10, three miles east of Smithfield). Open to ALL vehicles, $2 donation per show car, proceeds benefiting Lions charities. Old Point National Bank Relay For Life team is hosting a car show on FRIDAY night April 27, from 6PM to 8PM, at their Eagle Harbor branch, 13480 Carrollton Blvd (Rte 17), one mile south of the James River Bridge. Open to all vehicles, only $5.00 entry fee, with all proceeds benefiting Relay For Life. Prizes, food, and music ... and most of all FUN while supporting a very worthy cause. Went by and met Rod. we spent almost an hour chatting about his HHR and the Cruz-In.
Pretty well attended rally except for the HHRs. Rod was the only one showing. Mine was on the street covered in red clay dust from running the roads around the lakes I fish.
Come on Tidewater we need to try and make a show of force here.
$2 to show... $25 for the season?.... chicken feed.
1st and 3rd Fri nights 6pm - 9pm.
I plan on getting mine looking less embarrassing and make a showing.
