2007 LT 2.2 Magnaflow pictures

Good evening all, just installed my used Magnaflow system, love how it sounds and it only took me literally 45 minutes. I had to cut the bolts holding the resonator on, then cut the stock tubing at the bend by the gas tank, but easy enough.

Here are some pictures.

A free flowing downpipe is next. The original is looking a little worst for wear anyway. Was looking at the zzp, I just need to keep the cat.

There's this from ZZP
Click to get that catalytic converter and if you have an automatic transmission

Ecotec Parts 2.5 inch Stainless 2.2L Downpipe

Or this 2 1/4 mandrel bent pipe in stainless steel

https://www.ebay.ca/itm/321612653591

It has a Magnaflow catalytic converter!

I would suggest going with the package deal from ZZP that includes the downpipe with header - either long tube , mid tube or short tube. Might as well do it all lol
and get one with the high flow cat

I second the ZZP downpipe. I had the 2.5" 400 cell catted DP on my old 2.2 LT. Sounded good with a 2.4L catback.
