So, capp.... You going to enter your ride in the June "featured HHR" competition? You got a winner here if you get some good photos. :twothumbs:

Yeah the "Featured" deal is a barren wasteland so far, I might be entering if the stripes get done on time, but you should enter.

How did you go about cutting the bumper if you don't mind me asking? I love the look of dual exhaust and I'd love to maybe have it done on my 2010 SS.

I you don't mind me answering I used a multi Master, and dremel.

Thanks SS! So did you make yourself a template to cut it out? Did you sand down the edges and paint the area you cut? Or just cut it out and put the exhaust up? I do like your set up as well.

I just am not exactly comfortable cutting up my bumper! lol.

There are a few considerations when laying it out I used a grease/wax pencil from my granite and marble tool box to get it where I wanted then just follow the line. Because of the shape of the original hole I say it is easier to do round tips.:propeller:

Good info...I may attempt it at some point. Or I may just leave it with the single exhaust. We shall see....I have plenty of time to make up my mind.
