I have a 2007 2.2 liter with 121k miles. I changed the oil and it was a nice milk chocolate color and had some issue with coolant disappearing. I've decided the replace the cylinder head but I have a few questions....

Can I swap a 2.4 liter head on to the 2.2 liter?
What should I upgrade on the head that might give me a little more power from the engine. I don't want anything wild but just don't want a stock replacement either. Any info would be helpful, thanks
