stock ss exhaust on a 2.2/2.4

sorry if this has been discussed before, but I couldnt find a thread on it...just wondering if a stock SS cat-bck would fit on a 2.2 or is it shaped differently or the diamater too wide ?? . Trying to figure out if I should stick with the stock setup and put on another muffler.

Is the 2.4 cat back system the same as a 2.2?- fitment/diamater etc

If I'm not mistaken, the 2.4 catback is the same as the SS catback.

im pretty sure the SS exhaust will be too big and most likely lose hp/mileage ...so how does the 2.2 vs 2.4 look for sizing and fit?

My 2.2 cat back is a tiny 1 3/4 inch od pipe, that's why I have that 2 1/2 inch Magnaflow for sale see my thread

I figured that so why sell the Magnaflow cat back you have posted? I believe your 2.4 has 2 1/2 inch pipe and should bolt right up to you dp flange and hang off your stock hangers

Doesn't the stock piping include the muffler? Mine have both been one piece.
