2011 HHR Splash Guards
@ilovemycarsassy, it looks like JC Whitney might have the ones you’re looking for. Please, keep in mind General Motors neither endorses nor maintains their site.
You’re local Chevrolet dealership should be able to get them as well. I recommend talking with their parts department.

The preformed ones are hard and do not give or flex..the standard style are flexible and are not form fitted...choose wisely if your lowered... driveways and speed bumps can can cause problems..depends on where you live and how you drive...
Mud guards
I just bought a set of chevy ones made for the hhr, they fit great but are pricey. Came from kendall chev in Eugene Or. Got them on ebay, but you could just phone them.Made in canada....then shipped to U S then back to me in canada...go figger.
i also installed factory-hard originals, -atleast so i assume (i have pics on my profile somewhere),
added them cause noticed that the rear fender/door gets lots of gravel hits on paint from front tires thanks to FWD.
But they dont really need to be factory flaps, whatever suites You is ok, they can be easily drilled on plastic inner wheel well.
now i would buy anything that has chevy logo on them as long as those are flexible rubber, not hard plastic. reason is that flexible ones do not gather so much snow and ice on them. but still, there is no problem with them, i just kick them free of snow after driving longer trips. and we really have it now... (officially 26"- helsinki airport holds currently the record, they have currently over 30"- but all flights go and arrive according schedule. that tells we are used to snow overload. sorry got carried away OT)
