I have been using microfiber towels every since I bought my HHR. They are great and would not use anything else in detailing and polishing. The question I have is once the towell is soiled and dirty I can't seem to get them clean and have not used some over. Is there anything like a degreaser that I can use to wash them in so I can reuse them?

Although I dident read enough to get the washing of the towels, I did find this.

I have found this to be true myself! I have noticed that they don't seem to absorb water as well when using softener in the washing of these towels.

When it's time for me to wash my washing towels, I wash them in the same brand soap I wash my HHR in.

I have used microfiber on my HHR(BLACK) since I got it. Not a swirl mark anywhere. These are the best.

I bought all of mine from AutoZone. I do not know the make up of them(80/20,70/30) but they are amazing.

I got a wash mit, drying towel, detailer towel, wax removal towel.

Not trying to dis our sponsor but get some now, you will not regret it.

My next ones will come from the sponsor!!!!!!!!

I picked up some microfiber towels at Costco prior to reading this thread.

The label indicates that they are comprised of 92% bi-constituent and 8% polyester.

The 92% bi-constituent is broken down to a 76% Polyester / 24% Polyamide ratio.

When applying the no more than 80% polyester rule, does that only apply to the bi-constituent number or the overall totals?

I use a micorfiber mitt for washing and use filtered water for washing and rinsing. Park in garage and let dry. No water spots and no swirls.

This is 4 year old reflection fron this past weekend.

I'm happy. It's due for it annual waxing about now. The HHR is soon.
