Anyone have a HHR parts connection?? I'm looking for an SS grille (red & black) for my LS. Just grille only. It would fit nicely with the look I'm going for with my HHR. Thanks for your help!

I don't think it will work with non SS's, unless you get the bumper as well.

 

Yup, ain't gonna work unless you go all out. The SS grille is larger.

 

The part # is 25918728 not going to fit unless you shorten it you can always make one out of your stock one like I did.

 

Thanks for the info guys!! At first glance it looks like it'll fit. But yep, you're right not gonna happen. How did you make yours?? Was it difficult?? Did you have a bodyshop paint it?? That's exactly the look I want!

I was told it does fit and ordered one from Chevy. I has came in and been painted and they are going to install it Tuesday.
I guess I will know then.......

 

The SS bumper is actually notched out for the Grille, the standard HHR bumper is not,good luck. There is a pic floating around here somewhere showing that it will not fit correctly.

It WILL FIT.....if you do a little modding.

As stated the SS bumper is relieved for the extra inch or so, of the SS grill height. But the only thing preventing the SS grill from fitting is some impact foam behind the plastic bumper cover. Once the foam is relieved the bumper cover is flexible enough to allow the grill to fit. If you spend time and do it right, it would look great.

I know cause, I did done seed it already. And might have mine done....but I want it in chrome...real black chrome.
