I would think that's a vanity plate. Either that or Georgia has a lot less restrictions on their plates.

I have the following VA plate reserved:

HHR 00

The zeros will have a piece inside and will look like Moon Eyes!!

That's pretty good that you can get a full 7 letters on your plate. We can only go up to 6 characters on our plates depending on the specialty plates.

Mine is HHR DLYT... I know you never would have guessed.
I couldn't decide on a plate either and my son suggested it. He has a House of Colors Tangello 69 Chevelle that has the plate SNY DLYT (Sunny Delight). He thought it would be cool for his mom to have a plate like his so that when they park next to each other...You get the idea.
