I need opinion on mudflaps. Do you recommend universal-fit store bought or OEM made for the HHR?

 

If you want them to look tight like the factory might have done them get the oem they are easy to install and effective. Just tell them which color you want,...just kidding.

 

I work next door to a paint shop, getting them painted would be fairly easy to do.

 

OEM...... Best fit and look.

 

I prefer the way the OEM's look. I have them on mine, and though they are probably not as effective, or protective as running boards would be, they certainly do help.

 

OEM's Non painted. With the running boards and lowering your HHR all around help make them very effective.

couldn't imagine the rock chips, was the first thing I did. Since they are obsolete now (hhr's) my local dealer discounted the ones they had in stock. After they gave me the, you know they don't fit the SS, disclaimer
