I actually just clipped a wire between two holes and pushed the mesh on. Using a washer and nut, I just tightened it on to the posts. Since I had extra clips (bought the whole 6-pack of gutter guards) I used three across the top. My concern is less with "losing" the mesh or it coming off since it is pretty secure on the top, my concern is more with it constantly banging against the radiator while the car is in motion. I'd really like to figure out a way to secure the bottom corners better.....

I only have the nut and washer on ONE side and with speeds up to 90, the bottom has stayed in place. Oh I'm sure if something was to hit it just right it may budge but it seems to be pretty secure.

Looks good NHHHR....I have the same issue with the bottom coming loose...well it did once...but it is not so secure that I don't think it will move again but it has be holding up ok. I also bought the six pack so I may make another and try your method of clipping a hole and pushing the mesh through...just gotta be careful...youch that stuff can be sharp!

On another forum the guy that came up with this idea has revised the measurement to 33 inches from 31.

lol - yeah, I lost feeling in my thumb for a week from pushing the mesh and chrome edge trim on... (I think it was mainly the edge trim tho)
My new thought in regards to the bottom edges is to maybe try some industrial hook-and-loop. They sell some really strong stuff. My other idea is maybe try some stick-on hooks underneath the bumper lip... but we'll see what I find.

31 works but 33 allows enough to actually go over the bolts. I got mine ready to go at 33.
