Posted this before but an must of ate it.....so here's intro#2:
I 'adopted' a red 08 LS panel on 12/23, while giving up a 2011 'made in St Paul' Ford Ranger w/ 2k...have had more fun in the week and a half than the 4 months with the Ford. I'm a retired postman of a downtown St Paul route with such historic places as the Landmark Center, The Original Coney Island, and Mickey's Diner...a favorite hangout while working my 1st job at Bridgeman's Ice Cream Parlour. I hope to visit friends in TN & SC in Feb. and taking my 'bent' for riding the areas, which fits fine in the panel.....bent= recumbent bicycle. Might have to make an appointment with belzerdetail on the way out of town for a shine. Already looking into adding some 49' sedan delivery parts to set it off in that direction...my mother graduated in 49' and I was born in 50'. So if you are ever cruising in the cities and see a red panel w/ after market chromes....1st owner used it for plesure and not work, or so it looks like...give a honk or stop me, I'm an easy touch for a drink & a chat. Til then....
