I just got off the phone with Gary Moser at Renn Kirby Chevrolet. Here is what is going to transpire:
I'm gong to do my DJ think during the BBQ at 12 NOON. (That's right, the BBQ is 12 NOON on Saturday!) So there is no dance Saturday Night.
We want people to show up in their BEST 1950s outfit. We will have a contest for best 50s outfit and some other fun contests.
What this means is that Saturday night is open for some nice cruzin. Someone said there is a 50s style hamburger joint near or in town. If we can pin that down, I think it would be fun to go there as a group, park our HHRs together and take some pictures of all the HHRs together.
Gary needs to know how many folks will be showing up for the BBQ. I will start a new post for the BBQ list.
