Great Start! I will try to get some of us in the Mid Atlantic and South East to come. The ride up route 13 to route 1 is nice!

 

We plan to put a lot of planning behind this event. Afterall its Almost Oct and this event we would want to do March/April which is between 6 to 7 months away. Which means we have plenty of time to plan. More people will join. Plenty of time to promte it. Plus the more you see posts about it. The more intrests there will follow

I might be at the Yankees Division Series next week. Not sure as of yet. I'm hoping to be at the ALCS and World Series as well.

Have you contacted the "events planner" yet..... She may already have this kind of stuff done for you....... the place she recommended, I think, is a great place to have a show, I have been to shows there before, plenty of room and things to do. A.C. is only about 12 miles away.

There is ALOT more to this than picking a date and showing up.....contracts, licenses, permit, insurance fees, parking, hotels, places to eat ( not evey restuarant will be able to accomadate 50 to 100 people at the drop of a hat), on-site vendors, sponsors, judges, clean up people, bathrooms, shall I continue...... I have done this before and I have helped set these things up, slow down alittle, I promise, it WILL come together....trust me.....
