I still have not been contacted back from that Local AC dealer

 

If it is a three day event as mentioned...it gives ppl the opportunity to do any of the different events. I would believe you have a better chance of a greater attendance overall this way too. They can do all three days, or just the friday run...just the dealer meet...or whatever. Im in western Maryland..so about 6 hours away...but Id be in for at least the Saturday meet and then hit the tables baby!...Booyah!

 

Well the Dealer would of been good for the Saturday event to Host to Car Contest's. We have other ideas for Friday night and Sunday.

 

How about an informal dinner than short cruise for friday evening. Those arriving Friday can meet for dinner (fast food, diner) then we could all take a small cruise together in the area. This could be a greet,eat and cruise!

I have given the following dates to the event planner to see what's available at the Smithville location, I am waiting to hear back from her. We should probably start getting a solid head count of people who will be coming for 1 day or all 3. Maybe create a poll?

1. Weekend of March 23-25.
2. weekend of March 29-31
3. Weekend of April 13-15
4. Weekend of April 20-22

 

Keep us posted as to what dates are available. Once we get that taken care of then the REAL fun starts........

We just received a commitment yesterday for the Smithville location 12 miles outside of AC for March 30-31 2007. Now we need a commitment from our members. Our goal is 50 cars to show up for this event. Additional details will follow, including event information, Hotel accommodations and other great ideas we have for the meet.
