A friend is planning a car show in NJ for a great cause. I would love to see some other HHR's there. I have gotten so used to being the only one and would love to see some others. :) Plus anything to help out shelters is always a plus in my book.

More Info The Cars 4 Paws charity car show is going to be raising funds for the NJSPCA (New Jersey Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals). There will be door prizes, 50/50 raffle, live DJ, food, fun, and so much more. Adoption agencies will be on hand with some furry friends looking for a loving home. Representatives from the NJSPCA will be on hand to answer any questions regarding the organization.

Don't worry about that! I placed third in the Chevrolet Class at a local car show I entered with my stock-looking SS; that was the 1st car show I'd ever done and did it mainly to hang out w/ a few friends from my other car forum. It's more about meeting folks and like-minded enthusiasts.

If I'm in Jersey working this weekend I will definitely try and make it.

I'm back every 3-4 weeks these days and I'll be there this weekend so the timing may just work..

 

That would be great. I am pretty sure we will have the SS instead of the GTO since we were asked to bring our 6 month of Savannah cat to the show and it is easier to drive him in it since it is quieter.


And as for mods I have a 100% stock SS. I might get to changing a few little things before the met but it is no biggy.

Will definitely try and make it since it is only about 1/2 an hour away. I am a real animal lover and if it is cool enough, will bring my Newfoundland, Lulu. She is a therapy dog and loves everyone. I have a black HHR Panel SS. Will look for you and other HHR's. Thanks for posting. I just joined this site and hope to get some good info.

 

I am not sure about bringing animals. If you want to send a message over to the email on the site and ask Cindy if it is okay. I don't think she will mind, as from most car meets i have went to animals are fine to bring.

She had asked us to bring out little spawn of satin because of his breed.

I will be sure to look for another SS. :)

Also not sure if you have seen Tri-State Tuners. It is a younger crowed but there are a tons of local meets (PA/NJ) on there.

 

I'm going to try and attend this.

 

I'm fairly close to N. Plainfield-if nothings happening that weekend i'll give it a go.

 

I hope a few of you can come on out next weeknd. It would be nice to not be the only HHR. :)
