I can't say much on the turbo failing. Not sure on the why for yours but in mine the wastegate had failed (tsb on this) and the line in the turbo got a kink it in thus no oil got to the tubro and it died a painful death.

Do I want to know how much the fuel pump is on this car?

Meh, 3k miles isn't bad. I got mine in Ohio, had it delivered then drove back the next week to buy my cat in Ohio. lol I have put 10k miles on it in 5 months. My car get around.

I will say these cars are easy to do for long rides. I don't know how far TN is from you, our drive was 7-8 hours each way.

I got mine on the 22nd and it was in with the turbo dead the same week. so I feel your pain on things breaking before you even made a payment. Hopefully it is all covered.

haha awww poor colbalts lol, yeah I was so happy with the 28 mpg I got on the highway (auto) compared to 20 if I was lucky with the GTO. lol but wow I thought 7 was bad but we only stopped once on the ride home.

Yeah that cat goes to almost as many meets as we do, so far he hasn't bit anyone... much. We had wanted a dog but settled for big kitty instead, might still get him a pet dog since he seems to try and kill all other cats.
