Hows it going ? I am in the market for an HHR what can you guys tell me about them ? I here the 06 are very problematic.

 

What can we tell you about them? What do you want to know?

I wanted to know if the 06's had tons of problems ?

 

That's kind of a loaded question.......

Yes there have been problems with the HHR, but IMO, no more that any other new model.

We own two 06's and have had little real issues with them. One has 28,000, the other 18,000.

Do have specific questions?

 

With the exception of the normal squeaks & rattles on the new car, nothing wrong with my 06 & 18,000 miles

 

my 06 has been at the dealer for 2 days to get an ac drain issue fixed, but otherwise nothing. wish they would hurry i hate the gran prix they gave me to drive...

 

to the site!!! The HHR is a great car for the money!!! I have an 07 so I can't say much about the 06's other than I've seen some of the threads here on the site.

 

How many miles does the 06 have that your looking at? I've got 23K on my 06 and have had to have servicing for 4 different issues.

 

I have a 06 with 36000+ two very small things, No light on driver door lock & a window switch on left rear door. when they went to put switch in the plug was just not in all the way. Put new switch in anyway. Thats it. Love it and so did my wife so she went and got her own 07 Teal with black inter.
