The (unofficial) HHR Club of Western New York would like to do a fall color tour HHR-style through Letchworth State Park, south of Rochester, and the surrounding area. We'd do this (tentatively) on October 20th (Saturday). Once we get a heads-up list of how many folks are interested, we can start to plan the run. Post here if you're interested in coming along with us, because we'd love to see you there!

(This includes if you weren't with us for the Niagara Falls run or the GM Powertrain show. The more the merrier, I always say!)

I'd be up for it! let me know the final plans - I am about 1 1/2 hours from the southern entrance to the park. (Mt. Morris side)

Okay, everyone who's interested, please post here. We need to start brainstorming how we're going to go about making this run happen (only a little over a month away!!). I would suggest that everyone who's coming from either the north or west of Letchworth meet in a central place, from where we head down to the park. I would suggest Henrietta (shopping mall parking lot), so from there we can head down the 390 to Letchworth. Another option is having everyone meet at one end of the park, then we can all drive through as a group.

Post any suggestions here. We're open to ideas!!

 

If you come down 390, I can meet everyone at the exit for Mt. Morris (there is a McDonald's just before you get into the town, the entrance to the park is about 1 1/2 miles away.

 

That sounds like a good rendevous point. It's an easy drive from the Buffalo area coming down through Warsaw etc.

 

There is a Tim Horton's on West Henrietta Rd. & Lehigh Station Rd.

 

Count me in, I'm sure I can find anywhere you will start from. Hopefully a quick Border crossing this time. Keith.
