Thumbs up 2 other versions available on ebay

Here are 2 other versions of the rocker panel stripe on ebay...

I am thinking of going with the bowtie stripe in black for my Summit White.

Again, thanks for the GREAT FIND Big Kahuna!!!

No problem, Jeremy...

I think the black on white theme will look really nice!!!

Be sure to post some pictures after you're done...

I did a "wet install" when I installed mine. A mild mix if soap and water in a spray bottle to allow the stripe to be positioned perfectly. Squeegied out the excess soap/water mix and allowed to dry before removing the backing paper.

Thanks for the info...does that allow it to stick properly? Seems weird to me but would make it easier to position. How long did you have to let it dry?

Yes... it dries perfectly and locks it right to your vehicle. If you choose this method, make sure you clean the area well with some rubbing alcohol to remove any wax.

Do not use a lot of soap... I took a small handheld spray bottle with a few drops of dishwasher detergent mixed with the water. Gives just enough slippery surface to move the stripe into perfect position.

After I got the stripe in position, I gently squeegied out the excess and set her out in the sun. It dried pretty quick.

Try any method you like. Just thought I'd let you know what worked for me...

Especially, I'd like to see unusual custom stripe jobs. I'll start with my stripes which continue whether the hood is up or down.

This stripe was done by the dealer I bought it from. I added some fake bullet holes to give the car that Bonnie and Clyde appeal!
