I'm sorry I need to sleep sometime...LOL

It is a LOT better than the CGS intake, throttle response is a lot smoother and there isn't a "dead spot", or hesitation that I had with the CGS.
I truly believe the dyno that was posted, because with the GMPP intake it pulls a LOT harder than with the CGS.
I get tourquesteer a lot more with the GMPP than the CGS too (not saying that is any indication of performance) since i did no before or after dynos im not going to make any claims but it seems to be a LOT better than the CGS system.

Also the biggest difference with the GMPP intake is the noise. It has a deeper more powerful tone and is much quieter than the CGS, I am assuming this is in large part to the lid over the filter vs. an open element.

Probably referring to CGS dyno in post#10 here.

I'm pretty sure he is referring to the GM intake.

Well, he is referring to the fact that he feels that the GM intake performs much better than the CGS. He refers to "the dyno that was posted" and says "he believes it"- which many people didn't when it was first posted. If there was a dyno on the GM intake, I'm pretty sure everyone here would know about it and there would be a thread with 300 posts. Dyno info is rare on this site. His comments make perfect sense when referring to the CGS dyno posted last summer
But Premiere07 can clear it up if he feels like it.

Maybe, Not sure if he meant what was posted here for the CGS or someplace else on the GM intake. That is what I wanted clarification on.

SInce he is the first, I believe, to actually have this intake, he may (or may not) have a link for a dyno sheet for it.

I hear ya, Solman. If there's a dyno from a reliable source that shows signicant gains from the GM intake, I'll buy it myself. After I look up one of my long lost GM employee friends, that is!

I think I'm going to sell my CGS intake. I like how that looks under the hood.
