Was out yesterday for our annual winterfest here in Grand Haven and saw all of the ice on the front of the lighthouse and thought it was photo worthy.

Ok, I'm jealous I didn't take that shot. It's beautiful. Good eye.

 

looks great. I have never seen it in the snow and ice besides photos. Only make it up in the summers.

 

Here is a shot of the ice build up on the front.
The area in front of the "house" is shaped like the bow of a ship.
My son and I walked out and took a few shots.

The ice is several feet thick.
