To answer the questions..
Yes lowered, only 18 inch
If my work schedule allows it .. I will try to go to the Solvang run.. (bring bug scrappers... lots of bugs out there when its warm)

heres a link to the rims i want to get they are 18s also, 18s seem to look bigger on the HHR they almost look like 19s when you lower it , i plan on doing the same thing like you, limo tint, lowerd and 18s.
