Be careful Teazers stuff. I used their front and rear facias and had them make a custom hood for me. It was a nightmare!! The finals results were awesome, thanks to the local shop that did the wrok for me; Old Dog in Maryland Heights, MO.

Yes cut out the complet wheel well and made complete new towers that were raised 4 inches. on the 22s it does not lay I would have to go to a smaller wheel, due to the axles will bind and break if I go any lower. I would have to raise up the engine and trans along with modify the steering to lay on 22s.

As far as the rear mini tubbs and the notch are for sure but the rear axle also needs to be shortend and Lengthened to re-center the rear end.

Yes I was at the Alsa show, That product is the best, I used Alsa Paint on all my Paint on the HHR. Along with other rides I have. I did a few mods since that show and took it out to Sema.

wow 4 inches. i would roll 20's front and 22's rear. i was thinking 2.5" strut raise up front and the rearcan be done without messing with the axle, but it would require a heavy change to the sheetmetal.

i am contemplating this heavily as an option...i will see what i decide as a second daily driver before i go any further

yeh you can do the sheet metal work in the rear but with the 22s it seems to be better to alter the rear axle. the alpine HHR has a shortend and lengthend axle to recenter the wheels for the drop and shortend to have better clearence for the 22 inch wheels. all matters on offset and size of wheel and tire. and ofcourse how low your going with it. I have a 22x7.5 with a 30 series tire.
