New headlight covers

Used the same old vinyl and covered the headlights now. I will have some video up soon showing the output of the lights for everyone to see that this does NOT block the vision. Its awesome. I'm almost all DSM'ed out instead of blacked out. HAHA

If you meant the light output. That's impossible. Cover a light with something that is not clear and it will reduce the light output.

But it does look good.

Not necessarily. When I shoot the video you'll see what I mean. There is almost NO change in the lighting.

Solman.....

You need to see this "stuff" in person. It is unbelieveable.

I saw Jason's car after he did the tail lights and side markers. This "tape" that he found matches his car's color so well that everything blends right in. I didn't notice any difference in tail light or brake light brilliance so, if there is any reduction, it is not noticeable (and we had 6-7 HHR's parked next to each other and compaired).

Again, this "stuff" is remarkable...not what you would expect.

Can't wait to see the video......almost makes me want to drive to Tucson to see it.

Welll what exactly is this "stuff"

Non clear material that does not reduce light output is beyond the laws of nature.....

Let me guess, only available in one color....

You would need Jason to specifically answer that. But if I remember correctly from another thread we discussed this on, I believe he didn't know the name AND he bought the only piece/roll of it.

Please note that I said ....if there is diminished brightness, it was not noticeable. I did not say it did not diminish the brightness. Maybe my judgement is poor .

We can just wait for the video, and/or reports from people that see it in person.
