I have thought about doing a wrap of sorts on mine.. But I really love the red on mine.. I am a car detailer and having a shiny car is advertisment by itself. But anyways Id say go with the wrap

im thinking instead of the silver fading up up front, should i just have the entire car blue with the shadowed in background like it is on the other 3/4 of the car?

I would lose the background image. The wire is great, but the gears and bits are distracting from the message. I want to look past the name and try to figure out what I'm seeing, and failing. So I can't figure out what it is, get frustrated, and move on without remembering anything I just looked at.

My 2 cents..

ps., I make Point of Sale signs for my company. What I've learned is simple is best. Always.

i would also consider the type. You are putting a lot of emphasis on the "Z" so that if you see that first (being large and centered) and then you try to read the entire thing, you get "Alway Z Conncected.com" instead of the "Alwayz" that you are going for.

I agree with wxman too, i would ditch the gears. It is a bit busy and also a mixed message. Computers are far from a mechanical aspect. If you were fixing cars, it would make sense, but for computers, gears don't really represent them.

When you are doing 70 down the highway I want to be able to read your car and know what you do. Right now the name's typographical layout really doesn't allow me to do that. I would be going with simple, some bold pin-striping or color-blocking that fits with the vehicle and really clear typography. There are enough overly busy car wraps out on the road already. Although I know this is all my personal opinion, my day job is a graphic designer and do just this, help companies go through their current image and make it more clear and concise and ultimately get them more business.

Yes I'm agreeing with the ditching of gears

But, maybe at the back of the car , put something that is a part of a computer, like a monitor or motherboard

You know, so people can see that image , then see a name, and know what your job is right away

i was thinking maybe more of the binary that is featured in it a bit. Most people don't even know what a motherboard is (although they would get the general circuit board feel)

I'm going to use the graphic in the header of my website with the fade dark rear to white front as a background for a half wrap on my white panel. I figure the cost and labor savings of not doing the front will be huge. If you're interested in the eps I can pass it along.
