Talking Pics of the new family member!

I know, I hate driveway shots too, but here's our new family!

Looks good! Give us the run down, what packages/options did it come with?

Very nice. Are you going to paint the bowtie on the newer car to match the body color like you did with yours

2LT with everything except On-Star. Dealers putting on the HHR molded mud flaps and doing a 20% tint on the from windows as part of the deal. MSRP-$23,345; paid-$21,700. 0% financing is a beautiful thing!

Bonnie hasn't asked for that (color matched bowties)...yet! Though she is hinting about the interior.

Just did her first mod today....chrome wipers; just like on mine. She's having trouble deciding between a tribal silver metallic pinstripe and a silver metallic tribal side graphic.

Already ordered catch-all floor mats, K&N filter, stubby lock knobs, chrome stubby antenna, window vents........well you get the picture!

Since our son is only 22 months, I don't see us getting a 3rd for a long time. Plus part of the deal was that by getting these now, I can go all out when they come out with the 50th anniversary Mustang!!!

My first car was a '69 with a 302 and a 3-speed, man I loved that car. Couldn't quite swing the 40th, but I won't miss out on the 50th!

Same first car. '69 fastback, same 302 and 3-speed. My Dad still has it, gets driven to work on Fridays. The twins look great!

My wife knows I'm going to do the same thing. Ever since I found out that there is going to be a special edition gold 50th anniversary Mustang I've been telling my wife I'm getting a fully optioned GT. I will try and keep it stock and low miles for collectors sake but that probably wont happen. It sounds good to say but I know myself too well.
