Is the front windshield tinted, or does it just look like it because of the lighting/filter?

I have 5% on everything behind the driver/passenger windows. Can be a bit troublesome if there's no light backing out of a tight spot, but normally no big deal. I'd go darker on the front driver/passenger but it wouldn't pass inspection and I really don't need any other cop magnets on my car. I really wish I could put a windshield tint visor on for rush hour drives home, but according to the tint shops I talked to, apparently Texas changed the laws recently and it wouldn't be worth the money for what I can legally do with that. Oh well...

 

Mike can you get a better shot from the side of the wheel gap? I'm getting ready to have some springs custom made and I'm trying to figure out how much more I want to lower my wagon.

 

If it wasn't a 13 hour drive, I'd volunteer to meet you and swap wheels!!

 

There is a place on Holland Sylvania road just off of Airport(behind Walmart) the I have gotten tint on my last HHR done at and they charged me $200 to do all but the windshield, and darkness. Cant remember the name right off hand though.
