Too late - I emailed them to the Highway Patrol right afterwards...gotta love wi-fi! 
When Mr. B did that, this guy in the fast lane almost hit someone.
He was watching Mr. B and not traffic and had to lock 'em up!
It was right beside me and I saw the whole episode....
