Nice work and great pics of what you have done. Now how much do you have in the vehicle since you have purchased it. I have always wanted to do changes like that on mine but with the fuel cost and I put 160 miles on my HHr every day I have no money left for some toys. I have 123,689 miles on my 2006 2LT with a 2.4 and it runs like the day I purchased it. I have replaced the parts that needed to be replaced due to wear and tear but I am very happy with my HHr. Good luck with yours and it looks great.

WOW! Did you take a picture of the odometer when it read 123,456?

pyro panel, ChevyMgr, peevlos: Thanks so much!

Z-Man: I hear you! My commute is 120 miles roundtrip daily. To date I've got roughly $2800-$3K invested. Some parts I bought new (DP, exhaust, swaybar, etc) and some I got off the classified section here (intercooler, pipes, gauges, etc). You just have to keep an eye out and grab a deal when you see it!. My last car had almost $10K invested in it and it had 172K on the clock when it was hit by another driver. The return on the dollars spent was nowhere near what I have with my SS though. *Also what helps me keep costs down is the fact that aside from the exhaust, I've done the installs myself.

Mowgli: Thanks man, hopefully we can meet up soon and you'll see it (and I yours lol) in person.

Batman: Thanks! Coming from you, I'm flattered.

Thanks HHR SS QC; I saw that link you'd posted on the single pod setup before. I didn't reply to that on purpose because I had this setup in mind already. It's funny, those gauge pods are holdovers from -you guessed it- my old Neon lol. Thanks for all the positive comments guys!
