The bullets are also on my center caps. I read somewhere that you can get the gold off of the emblems on the center caps and steering wheel. Any idea how? I was scared to start grinding.

The parts circled are now white. Want to do more, thinking about painting the entire intake. Any ideas or suggestions? Going to replace the black air tube think coming out the left side. Forgot what it's called. Is there a different oil fill cap we can get? I hate it sticking up right in the middle.

Yep, that may have been one of my posts. I used rubbing compound & the gold 'tone' came off.. Then I finished them up with a good polishing compound.. Easy deal..

That would be commonly referred to as the 'wooly worm'..aka Air intake flex tube.
