If it came on for a short time double check for bent pins in the connectors and double check the ground wire connections. Some times a wire gets missed but I’m sure you’ll find it.

 

No communication is because no power to the ECM.
I would suspect either the relay or the PNP switch. Something is inhibiting the ground signal from the ECM.
I doubt it is the ECM itself. Has the key recall been done?

 

2 key recall stickers , and the other ecm with no extra ground read all info on scanner.the original scanner was dead .and everything came on for a second after installing different ecm . So how can one ecm not read anything and once read everything with nothing changed?
