I have had several instances where my battery will be dead after sitting for only five days. I have made absolutely sure that I have left nothing turned on. My dealership says they can't find anything wrong with anything, but I know there is something wrong with something!!!! There is a defect somewhere, and GM doesn't want to do a recall. I have bought two battery rechargers. The first one wouldn't work, allegedly because the battery was completely drained. So I bought a new one and am going to try to jump start it so I can go to work. What a super headache!

Doesn't yours have a 20 minute safety shutoff for inside lights, etc ?

Try another dealer..

You could have a low amp wire pinched somewhere, grounding out, or.....?

fyi, the radio will turn itself off after 15 minutes anyway (or when you open the driver door).

Took poor Sammy (the car's new name) to the dealer and they replaced the battery. It failed the test that they did on it but couldn't tell me what caused the draining. Hopefully this new battery last I'll have to check and see if it still does the bluetooth connecting when the car is off and locked (something else the service dept had no idea about).

I can't hook anything up to the car overnight because I live in a condo complex and don't have a garage

What battery did you buy as a replacement for $120?
