I'm only seeing a choice between red or black for that part number..... I don't see an A or B.

hi all
it was the sway bar end links, the one on the drivers side was beat right out,the other side was very loose.
i could not use my moogs from the ion, they were about 3" to long.
must be short and long links for the hhr depending on suspension type.
the parts were only $97can and with a new air filter and oil change the total bill was just over $200.
so i am happy.
they checked the sway bar bushings and control arm bushing and said they should be good for a while.
i think next oil change i am going to get the swaybar bushings done anyway as they have not been done since the car was purchased.

bracket style A or B. There are 2 columns of part numbers 1 for A, 1 for B after you select color. Difference being mounting hole separation. I don't see a part number in the post.

And in keeping with my earlier post, why exactly would you want to make it easier for the bar to move laterally by greasing the bushing?

As far as I can tell the only difference between the grease-able and non-grease-able is the zerk, there is no bearing or cuff or anything to limit lateral movement. Friction would at least do something! It is the lateral movement that produces the "clunk".

I don't get it, but then I'm old and in the way.:danci ngchili:

This is the part Jay used.

" 1in/25mm, part number; 9.5161 universal-greaseable sway bar bushings"

The number I found to be only red or black is 9.5161. Sorry for any confusion. I haven't done this yet, but Jay has and he says it's working for him.....
