will the amp cause all the speakers to sound like they are blown except for one and how to you test the amp

No. You've got bad speakers. Common problem with HHR's after a few years of them getting wet and corroded inside the doors.

Angry everything

2007 hhr
al speaker stopped working except one
under 80,000 miles had to replace timing chain #4 cylinder valve. all emission sensors
what is next do not know. car is a lamon.not the only one with these problems

2007 hhr

only the passenger front speakers work, what would be the cause of this. someone told my the amp and that amp is located on the driver side rear panel . i look and there is nothing there
any suggestions

nothing there only passenger front speakers work

Did you consider testing the speakers and wires with a VOM? Check wires for continuity and speakers for resistance (none or infinite indicates bad).

If you don't have a subwoofer you don't have an amp.

look on your glovebox door; look for code UQ3 for premium radio.

2007 hhr I do not have a speaker in the back looking for location of the amp. looked in the back found nothing. the only speakers the work are the front passenger speakers. put in a new stereo same problem. even replaced some speakers any suggestions i am at a lost

what if you do not have a speaker back there i looked behind the panel and no amp where else would it be. lost all speaker except for passenger front speakers

help
