2009 LS panel
no power windows working both sides.
I can not make the windows in the two doors go down.
both switchs in both doors stopped working.
don't know of a lock out switch in a panel
The RAP relay #32 is not visible when you look at the floor console fuse box. Weird but it is apparently located on the backside of the fuse box. I don't think you can access it without pulling the fuse box (BCM).
The dotted lines in the diagram are to show you it's not visible from the front view.
